Save Point is an AI identity generator. You are buying a productized run of that system: a short brief, three looks, a locked mark, and — depending on the package — kit rules and sell-sheet mockups. We sell design files. We do not print cards, pour vinyl, or ship merch.
This is an AI product. Save Point is an AI identity generator. By paying, you acknowledge you are buying machine-made design files, not a traditional designer engagement, and not a guarantee of hand-perfect artwork. Outputs can include artifacts: warped or extra letterforms, uneven geometry, stray marks, color drift, invented slogans, slight off-brief details, or other generative glitches. Those artifacts are inherent to this product. They are not a defect you can sue Save Point, Nexus, or any operator for. We do not warrant that files are error-free, trademark-clear, or fit for a particular commercial use beyond delivery of the package you bought. You are responsible for trademark, copyright, and name clearance before you print, file, or ship. Your exclusive creative remedy if none of the three looks hit is one extra spin after “nah” plus one sentence. Taste is not a refund. Our total liability for a job is limited to 50% of the amount you have actually paid us for that job, and only if the generator fails to complete — see Sales, refunds, compute. Checking the box and paying is your acceptance of this.
There is no customer account. You order with a name, an email, and Stripe. Every link you need — pick your world, pay the remaining 50%, download files — lands in that inbox. If you lose a link, email us. We keep the exact URL on the order.
A 50% payment starts the job. Then a 15-minute brief, one question at a time — you can pause, we email a code. The generator does not start until that brief is in. The remaining 50% is due when you pick a look. That remaining payment is the last bill. Paying it (or paying in full at the start) is paid in full. Files do not go out until the balance is zero and you have locked a look.
Checking “I approve this contract” on the start form and paying through Stripe is your electronic signature on the job contract, including the AI disclosure. No wet ink. The checkboxes and the payment are the signatures. The same language is in the contract itself.
Sales, refunds, compute. Sales are final once this job has used the generator — brief in, worlds cooking, a pick, a lock, or files out. Taste, artifacts, “I changed my mind,” unused looks, and “this isn’t what I pictured” are not refunds. Those are the product. Your creative remedy is still one extra spin after “nah” plus one sentence. If we can fix a wrong move, we fix it. We do not write checks because you went through the system and used the machine. The only cash-back path: the system fails to generate — no boards, a crash, we cannot complete the run. Then we may return 50% of what you have actually paid so far. The other half stays. We do not refund a remaining invoice you never paid. We do not refund 100%. Studio issues that half at our discretion. Chargebacks are the same policy.
After the job is paid in full, you own the delivered lock and kit for the named business, as-is. We keep the process, models, unused directions, and the right to say the system made it. File ownership is not a promise the work is artifact-free or clear to trademark.
When you pick, we ask once whether we may show the job as a public case study. Yay means we run the same process as the other work on the site. Nay means we do not put you on the site. Silence is nay.
Turnaround (24 hours) starts after a paid start and a usable brief. If none of the three looks hit, reply “nah” plus one sentence. We spin once more. That extra spin is the exclusive creative remedy. Still no call unless you ask for one.
Extra surfaces, stickers, motion, packaging, and websites are not for sale right now. You buy one identity package. These terms sit with the privacy policy and the contract generated at checkout.
